"Gamma Aminobutyric Acid", aka the amino acid GABA, has been the focus of recent studies showing a 550% increase in growth hormone levels with supplementation of just 5 grams! Numerous studies have shown that GABA promotes significant increases in plasma growth hormone levels. For example, results from a study at the University of Milan showed over a 5 1/2 fold increase in plasma growth hormone levels 90 minutes after GABA administration.
