Directions Of Use Load up with one level scoop (15g) 5 times per day mixed with water on an empty stomach for 5 days. After which, maintain with 2-3 level scoops per day for increased muscle strength and power. Or 1-2 level scoops per day for endurance and stamina, preventing heavy leg syndrome and bulking which can be caused by a larger dosage.
Take for a maximum of two months and then take two weeks off before resuming with 9000HD.
NOTE: caffeine can degrade the benefit of creatine. Always mix with at least 300-400ml of water to avoid dehydration. For best results ensure you consume plenty of water throughout the day.
