Stop Over Analysing your Fitness Plan and Just Start Now

March 3rd, 2009

Countless pages of data have been written over of the web, seen on the television and in the local bookstore about exercise and fitness training. You don’t need to spend long to quickly have a firm grip about what matters, especially with fitness training, so don’t over think it.

So many people don’t ever get started because they don’t think they know which method is best. Don’t let this happen to you. The most important thing is to start right now. Get your heart rate up and keep it going for a duration of time.

Your body can’t tell the difference between one machine and another. It really doesn’t matter anyway. All that matters is that you are getting into the shape you desire and losing body fat, building muscle, getting more healthy and feeling better about yourself.

Don’t get drawn into the arguments about which exercise regimen is better. What matters most is that you are moving toward your goals.

Fitness Overload Principle

February 15th, 2009

Fitness and exercise must be done at a higher level than usual to bring physique transformations.  Once your body has adapted to the higher level of exercise or weight it will function more effectively and efficiently.  The overload can be obtained by manipulating various combinations of exercise frequency, intensity, duration and type of exercise.

Increasing intensity, duration and frequency can be helpful for running, cycling or swimming, and increasing resistance and repetitions can improve strength training or build muscle mass.

10 minutes of exercise gets you started

February 4th, 2009

Exercise. Everyone can find ten minutes somewhere in their day for this, nobody who tries to convince you otherwise. To get into great shape, you will need more than 10 minutes, but for most people these days, they find 10 minutes of fitness difficult.

Why exercise makes you leaner

Every time you eat, your body produces heat. The heat accelerates your metabolism as it’s breaking down your food. Understanding your body and how it functions is key in forming a good diet and then using sports supplements to amplify your results. However, watch out because some routines are so easy that you may be tempted to think that they are not doing much good as all, but if performed properly on a consistent basis, 10 minutes of exercise can get you in shape pretty quickly.

It is a matter of getting your head round it.

If you are currently out of shape, then just getting started will bring some great results. The results are undeniable after just one week, plus you’ll be feeling greater energy throughout his body as well as an overall feeling of well-being.

Resistance training with weights is a must when learning how to lose weight quickly, and remember you are never too old. Get started with some simple exercises, but then move onto weight training once you have reached a better level of fitness.

When loosing weight, try to drink at least ten 8 ounce glasses of water every day and limit your caffeinated and flavoured liquids for a while.

This is a simple way to get back into fitness and exercise. Once you get past this point, you can use sports supplements to improve your diet and make everything more convenient.

For now, get started with 10 minutes of exercise a day, and then take the next step.
