Adding muscle mass is not such a big mystery. To be a bodybuilder you need to have the mass and then sculpt it. Many people want to build muscle mass to be stronger, better looking or more athletic.

Whatever your reason, here is how to pack on some muscle mass right now.

Use free weights
Free weight trump machines any day. They ensure that you are holding all the weight and bring in other muscle groups. You need to work other muscles even if you don’t realise it. Also, with free weights, you will focus on the big compound lifts that make you big and strong

Use compound movements
If you want to be big, strong and build muscle then you need to focus on the hardest exercises in the gym. These are the compound exercises. Build size and strength with the best compound movements.

Eat more
The more protein that you eat, the better – in simple terms. You also need to eat quality carbs that pack on muscle size and give you the bulk you need to life heavy. Don’t eat junk food. Eat more meat to get your protein. The animal fats will help you to be strong and you will gain good muscle mass.

Becoming A Bodybuilder and Building Muscle

Building muscle mass is the number one goal for bodybuilders and people wanting to increase lean muscle mass. It’s east to gain weight, but getting quality muscle mass is much harder.

It requires hard training and good eating habits. You need to taking in enough protein each day to build solid muscle mass. Use a whey protein if you have trouble getting enough protein from your food. A mass builder can also be useful but supplements need to aid your bodybuilding - instead of being the main factor.

Aim to eat protein with all meals, and eat every 2-3 hours in order to stay in an anabolic state. Train hard and heavy ever 2 to 3 days. Use heavy weights and focus on the big muscle building exercises. Use deadlifts, bench press, clean and press, rowing motions, squats, leg presses and upright rows.

Focus on building muscle in the big muscle groups. Focus on the legs as they are the biggest muscle group you have. Load up the bar and push yourself.

Use these basic bodybuilding lifts and eat plenty of protein and clean food. Use these tips to bulk up with lean muscle and minimum fat.
